-Shipping Conditions
- Shipping will only occur when the nighttime low at the origin and destination is 40°F or higher.
- Shipping will not occur if temperatures drop below 40°F or rise above 90°F.
- If we agree to ship under 40°F, no live arrival guarantee will apply.
- All shipments are made via FedEx Priority Overnight to a designated hub ONLY
-Live Arrival Guarantee
- Standard Guarantee: Live arrival is guaranteed only if all terms below are met.
- If your gecko arrives deceased (DOA), you will be refunded the purchase price only, not shipping costs.
- I am not responsible for any injury, illness, or death after safe delivery.
-Conditions for DOA Claim
- You must contact me within 30 minutes of delivery.
Required proof:
- 5 clear photos showing all angles of the animal.
- 1 video showing the animal.
- Failure to provide required proof or to contact me within the time frame voids the guarantee.
-Delays & Carrier Issues
- Delays do happen occasionally but are not common.
If a delay causes DOA:
- You will receive 50% of the purchase price for the affected gecko(s).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Lost or stolen packages: I am not responsible but will help find a resolution.
-Hub Shipping Rules
- Gecko must be picked up within 1 hour of hub arrival for the live arrival guarantee to apply.
- Late pickup voids the guarantee.
-Other Guarantees & Disclaimers
- Gender Guarantee: Not guaranteed for geckos under 25g. Pore checks will be provided but are not 100% accurate.
- Tail Drops: No refunds or exchanges for tail drops before or during shipping.
- Rehoming Policy: If you can no longer keep a gecko purchased from me, you must give me first right of refusal to buy or take it back.
-Care Agreement
By purchasing, you agree to:
- Provide proper housing and temperature/humidity levels.
- Feed a Pangea or Repashy diet along with live insects.
- Follow all terms above with no exceptions.
